Practice Approach
Holding space for regeneration and rest is as important as restoring function and range of motion, and so I honour relaxation and de-stressing as valid treatment objectives. I recognize the body’s self-healing capacities and I loyally support its singular mission: to maintain equilibrium (homeostasis).
I undertake professional development regularly and enjoy deep diving into many topics through books, articles, courses, and community. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with diverse groups as a coach, producer, student, and artist outside of my practice.
Professional Development
In 2017, I earned a diploma and a Hospital Specialization certificate through the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I am currently working towards a degree in Medical Anthropology and Sociology at University of Toronto St. George campus.
I also hold certifications in Advanced Sports Techniques, Medical Skin Care Therapy, Lomilomi, and Temporomandibular Disorders. As a special interest, I am currently in mentorship for sound meditation facilitation, an offering I began to launch in 2025 as I move towards new therapeutic landscapes.
I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
