Radical stillness in a fast-changing world.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.
— Anne Lammot, Writer

My name is Corinne. Welcome!

I am a registered massage therapist (RMT) who blends clinical and restorative therapies to help you recuperate from the demands of work, exercise, and a fast-changing world. I have a background in music, theatre, yoga & weight training, and a diverse full-time bodywork practice that began in 2015. I recognize the body’s self-healing capacities and loyally support its singular mission: to maintain homeostasis.

I received a Hospital Specialization through the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Advanced Sports Techniques through the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association, and Lomilomi Advanced through Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga. I attended George Brown in 2024-25 to begin offering clinical skin care that will complement my signature face series. I am also currently in mentorship for sound meditation facilitation, an offering I will launch in September 2025.

I am a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Why choose Corinne for your massage therapy?

1. I honor rest and relaxation.

For me, massage therapy is more than clinical rehab and increased mobility (though I can help with those, too). It’s about holding space for regeneration and rest, and so I honour relaxation as a valid treatment objective. This is great news for you if you just want to relax without trying to “fix” a specific physical issue or engage in conversation. Sometimes, “fixing” is simply a medium-pressure, full-body, silent massage with chill music, low lighting, hot towels, and lots of attention to the scalp, face, and shoulders.

2. I listen.

Need lots of focus on your tight hips? Lower back? Neck and shoulders? Then that is where I will pay special attention. It often helps to include supporting (synergist) and opposing (antagonist) muscles for more complete effectiveness, but my focus remains on your areas of concern and any variations will be agreed upon as a joint decision.

3. Quietude.

I am a blissfully focused therapist who converses only when you initiate the conversation, or if I need to discuss anything important pertaining to your treatment.

4. Pressure without pain.

Firm-pressure relaxation and maintenance massage is my raison d’etre. I’ve spent years honing deeper techniques and observation skills in order to provide consistently positive results. “The pressure is deep, but I’m falling asleep,” “This is like a relaxation deep tissue massage,” and “My body trusts you” are some of the treasured comments I’ve received from my clients in this regard. If a less-comfortable technique like trigger point therapy is indicated, I will discuss it with you to ensure informed consent is in full effect That said, my default style is broad, firm, flowing, and I am well-versed in medium, light and lymphatic pressures as well. Your comfort is always my priority.

5. The little things.

Filtered water in real glass, steamed towels, complimentary essential oil aromas, excellent-quality oils for your skin, phone charging, and natural light filtering through the windows of a brick-and-beam space. Just a few of the little details I live by, and enjoy passing on to you.

Bonus: A short but mighty referral list.

Looking for a physiotherapist, acupuncturist, or another massage therapist with a different focus (or very deep pressure)? When I cannot wear all the hats, someone from my diligently curated practitioner list will have your back - literally. I know each provider on my list through working together, learning together, or prior referrals. If I think they are a good fit, I will arrange the contact at your request.
